In today’s competitive hospitality industry, energy efficiency and seamless guest experiences are no longer optional—they’re essential. At Anacove, we’ve developed a system that goes beyond the thermostat. Our AI-powered platform gives hotels the ability to control not just heating and cooling, but an entire ecosystem of smart technologies, all from one centralized location.

A Centralized AI Cloud at the Core

At the heart of Anacove’s system is our powerful AI Cloud. Every guest room connects to this cloud through the Anacove IoT Gateway, creating a unified, intelligent environment. The IoT gateway receives guest inputs—whether from thermostats, light switches, or other controls—and instantly translates them into actions for the right devices.

This real-time intelligence ensures that every system in the room—from HVAC to lighting to entertainment—is coordinated and optimized for comfort and efficiency.

Beyond Thermostats: Total Smart Device Integration

While our thermostats are industry-leading, Anacove goes further. Hotels can connect and control a full line of smart devices, including:

  • Air quality monitors

  • Lighting systems

  • Smart TVs

  • Smart locks

  • Shades and curtains

  • Even bathroom mirror heaters and balcony lights

With Anacove, these third-party devices seamlessly integrate into one network, eliminating the hassle of managing fragmented systems.

Smarter Communication, Flexible Technology

Our system uses both wired and wireless technologies—including BLE and Wi-Fi—to create robust in-room networks. Devices are virtually paired to the Anacove IoT Gateway in the Cloud, meaning installation is faster and simpler—no need to power and co-locate devices beforehand. Everything can be prepared and tested ahead of time, reducing installation costs and downtime.

Intelligent Energy Management

Anacove’s PMS-integrated energy management algorithms are among the best rated in the industry. Using occupancy sensors—including built-in detectors and additional PIR sensors for bathrooms and balconies—our system automatically adjusts lighting, HVAC, and outlets based on guest presence.

For hoteliers, this means less energy waste, lower operating costs, and a property that aligns with sustainability goals.

Control at Your Fingertips

Through our client portal and user apps, hotel operators gain complete visibility and control. From configuring system settings to monitoring performance, every aspect of the property’s smart ecosystem can be managed remotely via apps or APIs. Whether adjusting HVAC in a single room or dimming lights across the entire property, operators remain in full command.

Why Hotels Choose Anacove

Hotels that implement Anacove unlock measurable benefits:

  • Energy savings: Intelligent, automated adjustments reduce energy costs.

  • Operational efficiency: Centralized control simplifies system management across the property.

  • Enhanced guest experience: Personalized, seamless comfort in every room.

  • Future-ready flexibility: Compatibility with a wide range of third-party smart products.

The Future of Hospitality Technology

Anacove is more than just a thermostat control system—it’s a full-scale platform designed to give hotels the power to manage every smart device in every room from a single point of control. By integrating advanced AI, powerful IoT gateways, and user-friendly apps, we help hotels cut costs, reduce waste, and deliver unforgettable guest experiences.
